inventory of the drive of the day

traveled like a yo-yo through town yesterday. first to the german consulate for my visa in the morning, then back to college to struggle with the time table again, then to bandra and then phoenix mills. then the day came full circle when madan was here from bangalore to be fingerprinted for his french visa in the same building where we had started the day. while i went to coomaraswamy hall to see the space for the exhibition (which was closed) mukul went and picked him up- and then a 2 and a half hour drive back home. the day ended at surabhi and george's place at thakur complex with great beef and rice.
