Poor folks. They are voting with their feet by leaving UP and Bihar and coming to Mumbai. And they are risking their lives for it. What a shame. When will the country start thinking seriously about family planning? Those two states surely need some help in this matter. Soon UP will have 250 million people and Bihar 150 million. And many of them will have to make their way to Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai footpaths to lead a hand to mouth existence. Tragic and tearful.

So scary for them. I always feel nervous when I see these people. Look at that guy's hand in the 3rd photo, dread to think what could happen.
