the cdsa campus is fantastic. critical regionalism without nostalgia for an idealized past. the stone walls and dark interiors never make for dreary space, the scale of the courtyards intimate and warm and the landscape straightforward pleasant. the pune monsoon wind helped. We were there negotiating the difficult terrain in between the interest of ngo’s, cbo’s and colleges of architecture for the housing workshop that begins next week.
