it was opposite the high court of the city where a new building was built. all fancy curves, bumps and swirls in white with dark glass windows- zaha hadid aspirations. except the curves weren't really as smooth. the courtyard to the rear is nicer with families and kids hanging out in the summer sun, having breakfast and studying on the amphitheater or on the large open galleries that are carved into the facade where the staircase enters the building.
