on sunday waheeda's wedding, the beautiful daughter of babu who was once our driver, took place in the courtyard of a municipal school in borivili east. ladies and gent sections were divided by white satin sheets with lights racing up and down them and the place was thronging with more than a 1000 people. the communal eating you can imagine was crazy and food was divine.

the auditorium is on its way to becoming brand new with a red granite floor and air conditioning. i still like the red oxide floor that was there earlier. also here is tapan listening to his new best friend kumar shahani.

prajna and prasad are here from the usa for a month. i was so happy to see them. both are looking gorgeous.

rupali and me finished designing and executing gyans house in bandra. it has turned out quite nicely in spite of our trepidation over the blue laminate in the kitchen. the black bookshelf i particularly like and the pelmet for light.
