last night outside the ic colony restaurant ‘west coast’ sonal walked out a rickshaw into a gaping hole in the ground- an open gutter uncovered. she fell right in up to her armpits and fractured her leg. a mid foot fracture. she cant walk much and has to have an operation today. in the hospital for 4 days and then at home for a few weeks later. i can imagine her frustration.

infact was thinking of sonal in the middle of a mad upto 60% sale jampacked with the whole world and its uncle. and we were there for ages because the george takes for ever choosing between grey and lighter grey -i stood there with his pants in the middle of the chaos and wanted to sing - like sonal in the train!
