the second day, mo drive me to sf and i walked- a lot. from
her office in downtown past the moneo museum to bunker hill and russian hill to
lombard street and ghirardelli square, along the piers and the new americas cup
building being built back to downtown to meet bahaar at her strange hybrid
house on the first floor in a megastructure of high rises with theaters and
suburban homes in the middle of the city. the herzog and de meuron de young
museum was next. lunch in the cafeteria after it rained out the courtyard
behind with the massive overhang. skipped the piano building opposite and came
back to downtown via chinatown. on the way back to mohua’s office stopped off
at the comic museum. disappointed with the bookshop.
